NeuralAmpModelerCore v0.0.1 is released

Just a quick note for the blog: I've made an official release of the core DSP library, v0.0.1. This is a sort of "flag in the ground" release after which I expect to be doing a bit of refactoring and making breaking changes for a "Version 0.1". Developers who have been building on this library should use caution when updating beyond this commit.

I'll have another post in the near future talking about the plans for what's next and soliciting feedback on the plan forward.
